Simple Baked Salmon & Pasta Recipe

Sometimes making dinner can be an overwhelming task, especially when you don't have the time or are just exhausted from the day's work. Well, here's a yummy simple recipe that is easy to make and takes no time at all or little effort. Hope you like it!

1-2 Salmon fillets
1-2 lemons
Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp Dill weed (fresh or dry)
1 tbsp Parsley (fresh or dry)
1 lb of veggie bowtie pasta
3 oz of frozen peas
1/4 cup parmesean cheese (shredded)
3 tbsp of butter
1-2 tbsp of olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. While you wait for the oven, you can season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, dill weed, and squeeze fresh lemon on top of each fillet making sure you've covered it all. Next, you will pop these suckers in the oven for about 16-20 minutes. For the pasta, you will grab a nice big ole pot and bring water to boil. Add salt and olive oil into the water, then boil the pasta al a dente, or for 12 minutes. For the last 3 minutes into the pasta, I pour the peas in there if you would like to boil them versus sticking them into the microwave. Which ever you prefer. Once the pasta is finito, you will add the oh so yummy butter, season it with salt and pepper and the parmesean, and the olive oil. Then mix, mix, mix. You are more than welcome to add more parmesean to your liking. Nothing wrong with that. Once the salmon is finished, just sprinkle some fresh or dry parsley on top. And that's it! Dinner is served :)

Super simple, super easy, and fast. Hope you enjoy! Please feel free to comment on any ideas on what you think may sound good to kick it up a notch. Happy clean eating!
